Return Policy

We believe garments should live with you for years. If a piece falls short of your archive, we welcome its return.

Care & Commitment • 15 / 28 Day Window

01. Returns Period

Eligible domestic purchases may be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. Canada returns must be initiated within 28 days of the shipping date. Beyond the applicable window, items are considered part of your permanent collection.

02. Conditions

The integrity of the garment must be preserved.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must remain attached in their primary state.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original branded box.
  • Intimates and customized House of Buzz pieces are final sale.

03. The Process

Release a piece from your archive

a.

Access the digital portal using your order reference and email address.

b.

Select the item you wish to return and provide the reason for release.

c.

Print the generated shipping label and schedule collection with our courier partner.

04. Refunds

Each returned item undergoes quality inspection at The House of Buzz. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for funds to return to the original payment method.

05. Exchanges

We support size and color exchanges. If you prefer a different silhouette, initiate a return and place a new order to secure immediate allocation.
